At Toptail, boarding and daily care offer a familiar home away from home. These services are reserved for dogs bred by Toptail. Knowing each dog’s pedigree, temperament, and daily routine helps us provide consistent, reassuring care. Our approach focuses on the dog’s individual needs and natural development. Through calm, low-stress socialisation, dogs learn to interact confidently with people and other dogs while expressing the Labrador’s friendly, steady temperament.
Comfortable Accommodation
Each kennel is equipped with dedicated ventilation and air conditioning. During the summer, our indoor accommodation remains air-conditioned around the clock, with dogs going outdoors for their scheduled activities. This helps manage heat and humidity and supports their comfort and well-being.
Natural Socialisation
We use a calm, consistent, low-stress approach to help dogs develop appropriate interactions with people and other dogs. Activities are tailored to support confidence and the Labrador’s naturally sociable temperament.
Professional Show Preparation
Dogs preparing for conformation shows receive focused training and individual care from the Toptail team. Preparation includes lead work, gaiting, confidence building, and developing composure in the show ring.
Our kennel has a dedicated swimming pool supplied with tap water and carefully managed water quality, providing an opportunity for low-impact exercise. Boarding stays of 21 days or longer include one complimentary professional photo collection of 12 high-resolution images. This offer does not apply to dogs enrolled in show training. From accommodation and emotional well-being to daily husbandry, we remain committed to caring for every dog bred by Toptail.
