PUPPY RESERVATION PROCESS
Toptail Labradors is an authorised pet registration station approved by Taiwan’s Ministry of Agriculture.
For several consecutive years, we have received the highest “Excellent Kennel” rating
in the official kennel evaluations conducted by the Miaoli County Government.
We are also an industry training partner of Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology.
Toptail has maintained a long-term collaboration with Aidmics Biotechnology in Taiwan. Aidmics successfully developed the iSperm mCASA intelligent mobile canine semen analysis system, which is now used in more than 75 countries worldwide.
For nearly thirty years, we have remained devoted exclusively to the scientific and professional breeding of Labrador Retrievers while maintaining close connections with distinguished international bloodlines. In addition to providing loving family companions and promising show prospects, dogs bred by Toptail have also served with the Hyogo Guide Dogs for the Blind Association in Japan, the New Taipei City Police Department(NTPD) K-9 Unit, and Taiwan’s Coast Guard Administration. They have assisted people with visual impairments and contributed to public safety and the protection of Taiwan’s borders.

Over the years, we have imported more than 60 distinguished dogs from outstanding international bloodlines. Reservations and Quality Control
Our reservation system is not intended to create artificial scarcity.
It allows us to carefully manage the development of every litter
and devote appropriate time and resources to each puppy.
By planning each reservation in advance, we can remain focused on the health of our breeding dogs, early puppy development, socialisation, nutrition, and professional care, helping every family welcome a healthy, carefully raised puppy.

A Transparent Reservation Process
Puppy selection priority within each litter follows the order in which reservations are completed.
The reservation order, puppy selection arrangements, payment terms, and related rights are clearly recorded in a formal written agreement. Once payment has been confirmed, two identical copies of the reservation agreement will be signed to protect both parties and confirm all reservation details.

International Puppy Enquiries
Import regulations and entry requirements differ from country to country.
Requirements concerning the puppy’s minimum age, microchip identification,
vaccinations, rabies vaccination, rabies antibody testing, veterinary certification,
import permits, quarantine, transportation, and required documents
must therefore be evaluated according to the destination country.For this reason, there is no single delivery age or international transportation schedule that applies to every overseas placement. Before making a reservation, please contact Toptail Labradors directly so that we can confirm the current requirements applicable to your country.
Depending on the puppy’s age and destination, preparations may include:

◆ Age-appropriate vaccinations and parasite control
◆ Veterinary examination and health certification
◆ Rabies vaccination and antibody testing, when required
◆ Export pedigree and registration documents, when applicable
◆ Import permits, export documents, and quarantine arrangements
